Company Highlights
- Secured and completed a long-term credit facility with Boston Energy Trading and Marketing (BETM), a wholly owned Subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corp in Q1 of 2021. This credit facility is structured to allow CER to exceed revenue of $1B.
- With the backing of BETM we are developing long term PPA’s (Purchase Power Agreements) and VPPA’s (Virtual Purchase Power Agreements) in Solar and Storage with our large C&I customers.
- CER has a strong commitment to socially-conscious investors according to Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) standards. Our ESG standards comply with those of BETM, Mitsubishi/Japan and exceed industry standards.
- With BETM providing the energy financing, CER is now contracting formal agreements
out 8+ year.
- With JP Morgan, Citigroup/Chase and Excelon providing the hedging CER will be providing renewable energy to C&I customers in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and all deregulated states.
- Registration is in process for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois. Further growth will come from Texas, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Virginia and all other 17 deregulated states.
